FERPA, COPPA, CIPA, oh my! Federal student data privacy laws are an important part of our educational system and provide important protections for our students. However, there’s a lot to unpack and understand. This session will demystify the "alphabet soup" of student data privacy laws to help educators make informed decisions about how the laws protect our students, classrooms, school sites and districts.
